When I called Sam Korth about the RF4D I eventually bought, he said that Mira had already contacted him about buying his.
Fortunately for me Mira was working on getting his N-1700 back from the museum, but apparently they did not want to give
it back to him initially.
Good to hear he finally worked it out with them.
Sam told me that Mira was planing to fly the RF4D to France for the Fournier Anniversary event in 2010.
It could only be even more special by doing it in N-1700.
Amazing!!!, and a huge testament to the little motor glider that could, again and again, and the pilots that put so much confidence in the design, engine and flying characteristics!
You go Mira!
