Very interesting.
Sounds like they solved a few of the Aerocarb shortcommings....built a better mousetrap.
Better atomization, consistent pressure and a fuel pump to prrevent vapor lock and not leaky.
Plus, they don't pretend to ignorre the potential icing problems and require carb heat.
I'd be interested in hearing what VW folks say who have tried it out.
This all seems like overkill for a RF4D unless doing aerobatics.
Perhaps Aerocarb will improve theirs by doing something similar with the atomization and eliminating their other shortcommings.
In all fairness though after reading through the Aerocarb installation and tuning instructions last night, I'll bet I can reconfigure mine
to be what they recommended and have a lot of those problems disappear.
