Hi Guys,

I have just realised that this is next week!!!!

Matt & I will be sending him a birthday card with photos of our Fourniers.

I think it would be nice if as many as possible of other Fournier owners also did so.
E-mail or PM me and I will let you know his address (obviously I'm not putting it on the site).

Even if you don't read this until a little later, it would still be nice to send him a card -- that's a small gesture of appreciation for a great man who has provided us all with so much pleasure.

Imagine by the end of the month a long line of cards with Fournier photos on his mantleshelf or windowsill.
Wouldn't that be a nice gesture?

Yours, Bob

Heh Bob
Can't remember if I mentioned but I hope to be there at the do on Saturday. Planning to leave Seighford in 'LN along with RF5 'JC on Friday afternoon. Weather charts changing but looks like a window to get there ahead of this approaching low.
Cheers
Paul

Hi Paul,

Good luck with that.

Unfortunately Matt & I have a display on Sunday, so we won't be able to go.

Have a great weekend with all our Fournier friends, and please give everybody our best wishes.

In particluar, please pass on our felicitations to Rene if he's there.

Yours, Bob

Sorry Ray, but I don't know his actual birthday, only that they're having a Eropean get-together for him this week.

Whenever it is, I'm sure he would appreciate some cards.

Yours, Bob

I just got back from one of those perfect evening flights and thought I needed to send Rene a thank you card for all he has allowed me to do. If others feel the same it would be great to let him know. Bob, colin or anyone,if you could send me his address or a email address of someone who could print it for him that would be great. My email is joethepro@gmail.com tks

Joe,
good thinking, I've had a few of those too lately (see "Flying- just 4 commuters"- thread). I've been late at it too, but I will also send a postcard- "-Vive le René!"

May the 4-s be with you/ Jörgen
