This is JA2110, s/n 4118, and billed as 'The Only Fournier RF4D in Japan'.
From photos I have found on-line it has clearly been in Japan since the mid seventies, although it appears initially to have been registered as D-KEDH, presumably before export.
I now realise that this is the RF4D recently seen under covers...
...at O Tone Airfield, and not JA24RF, which was (at least originally) blue.
O Tone Airfield is in the top left corner of this photo, with Narita Airport at bottom right.
