I have an RF4 Undercarriage Locking Frame Part No 3.40.15 (in RF4 Parts Manual) but also has Part No 411-006.
It is new old stock and in its original package from EIS. I opened it and took one out as the bag originally contained two.
Bought it by mistake thinking it was an RF5 part. There is no paperwork, it is from the UK Fournier Supply Company stock that has passed through various hands through the years.

If anyone out there in Fournierland needs or would like it then for the price of the postage its yours.
