I did a max speed test a month ago on the fresh engine, so i might be more now that it has 20+ hours on it, and a climb test 2 days ago. here are the results.
the tests were done with me(133lbs) and 3.5 gallons of fuel. coming to a total weight of 737 pounds.
climbing from 1600 to 2600ft crosswind around 70mph at 3300 rpm = 1min 18 sec.
max level flight 3800rpm 118 mph at 1500ft

Hi Sam,
I make that climb rate 769 feet per minute, which is the sort of figure I had been hoping for, but so far the best I can get from my English (red) Fournier is 560 fpm, although the older blue Australian one will do 670 fpm. Those figures are at maximum weight, which is a little heavier than yours.
Great stuff, you should be well set for some excellent aerobatics.
Yours, Bob
