I came across a web site in the UK for Ken Ballington Aircraft parts Dated 2005 that had Limbach and Fournier parts, and hardware. I sent a E-mail that was returned. Do any of you know of the company, have a good E-mail address, or know of the location of the parts.

Digging through 35 years of neglect!

Hi Chuck,

I ordered some parts from Ken when I put VH-TKD back into the air, I used the e-mail address below. I think Ken is semi retired and/or travelling at times, so his response can be slow at times. He has a lot of good stuff though…

I bought a crankshaft and bearings from him for a Limbach 2000 engine.

He is sometimes hard to get hold of but if you are patient and keep after him you will be satisfied with the results.

I also used that email and this phone number in his shop +441283563054

Good prices and good parts exactly as advertised or better in my experience.

Hi Guys

I have also bought numerous parts from Ken, and would agree with all of the above.

Also, he is very slow at removing sold stuff from his web site, so be aware that he may not have any longer what he advertises.

I've been to his premises (a couple of sheds in his back garden, crammed with all kinds of aeronautical stuff, including huge amounts of Chipmunk spares) and things are stored haphazardly, relying on his memory for location, so things tend to take a while.

Good luck.

Yours, Bob

Hello,

I have recently purchased some parts from Ken, he is a nice guy to do business with. As mentioned in previous posts, he is Now officially in retirement.

He told me that if anybody is interested, he will sell his entire stock of fournier parts, wholesale, at a discount. He is preparing a list of parts available, taking stock, but that may take some time. He told me he will send me a mail as soon as his list is complete.

Anybody interested should get in touch with him.

Ken has now sold his Fournier spares to Needwood Avaiation, according to his website - the email address is there but I've no experience of them. Ken still lists some Limbach spares.
