Hi Folks,

For anybody who's interested, good ol' Bob Hart has sorted out some composite footage of my display, using both his external footage and my on-board cockpit footage (with a bored-sunding commentary by yours truly).

Unfortunately the resolution's fairly poor, but it might be of interest to some.

And I see I've become a captain again.
Quite like old times, nearly seven years ago now.

Yours, Captain Bob

Thanks Bob,
or should I say Captain Marvel

I enjoyed that, very instructive and I find myself picking up new tips almost everytime I watch you tumble around in the "Footless Halls of Air". I also enjoy your cool professional and reassuring comments. You must have succesfully calmed countless of nervous airtravellers during your carreer as an Airline Captain!

Yesterday I almost managed to soar home while 4-commuting, ended up with 1 hour 30 minutes airtime but 30 min engine time. I had to cheat twice and start up again. Lots of different types of fun to be had in a 4, isn´t there?

May the 4's be with you/ Jörgen

Hi again Jorgen,

Your soaring / commuting exploits are great. I do very little soaring in mine.

While you've been soaring, I have been learing a whole new skill.

Matt Hill (Skyhawk3) has been teaching me line-abreast formation loops and stall turns in these little aeroplanes with no power and no drag.
It really does require some skill -- which I do not yet have, although it is great fun trying.
My admiration for John, Brendan, Mike, Matt and Tizzie of the Unipart Duo and Skyhawks has gone up in leaps and bounds during this past couple of weeks.

Ohh, we have had such fun.... and Matt is a very brave man.

Later this month we may just have some video footage worthy of publication.

Keep on enjoying your 4, and may the 4s continue to be with you.

Yours, Captain Bob
