Hello,

N2182 is my second RF4D. Dann Parks has my first one.

N2182 was bought new from Sportair of Pennsylvania by Erwen Muller a German migrate. He flew ME109s last months of WWII. Then Jerry Roller bought it from Erwen but his wife got sick and then he and never picked it up or ever flew it. It was in the same hanger in Batavia, New York from 1970 till I flew it to Oregon July 2006. I flew it 210 hours then took it apart for future rebuild. It still has the original covering and about 2100 hours total time.

The best thing about owning a RF motorglider is all the great friends I have made.

Hi,

The rebuild of my RF4 has started. It was a lot of fun taking apart the RF4. What a very well engineered aircraft! . Dann Parks owner of N2188 is going to do the striping and fabric.

This is great stuff Collin.

I wish you good fortune with the re-covering and re-assembly.

Flying in summer 2016?

I do hope so!

Yours, Bob
