Hi

During the annual condition check, my A&P and I were trying to figure where and what to lubricate on the landing gear of my RF5B. The page in the manual is too saturated to determine what exactly the grease arrows are pointing at. There don't appear to be any actual grease nipples. Does one disassemble the whole thing and apply grease to the lower "hinge" bolts and the upper shaft. Or is it the hemispherical surfaces of the rails upon which the locking latch rides?i

Thanks,
Carl

Hi,

Yes it is the arcs for the locking latch. Any grease will work. I use Aeroshell #5 or #6.
