were putting the gear in and we have the micro switch, we just dont know where it mounts. can anyone post a pic or let us know?

The micro switch is on the floor and is activated by one of the two bolt heads that locks the lever to the landing gear sistem. The micro switch tongue slides against the pipe and is pressed by the bolt head.

that helps alot, my dad is going to AZ soaring in Arizona tomorrow till Friday to get a cfig added to his cfi, so work will resume on Saturday.

Just in case you need it, here is the schematic for the RF4D. This was created by inspecting one Fournier and then verifying it with two others. I am pretty confident it is accurate.
