The Outrageous Outrigger thread seems to have evaporated. I'm certain it was under Maintenance and in any case I cannot find it in any of the other sections. Can it be reinstated?

For some reason, the file that represented this thread was 0 bytes. I restored an earlier version, but I'm afraid some more recent posts are still missing. I will keep looking.
