I recently replaced the casters on my outriggers. The casters on the glider were worn and 2 different sizes from two different manufacturers. I did get a pair from Germany from E.I.S. While the quality was high, they were small in diameter which seemed to be more likely to have problems on turf.
I got a pair of reasonably priced casters from Servicecaster.com.

· 125mm by 40mm wide (fits in standard outrigger fitting)
· 8mm axle (same as standard caster axel bolt)
· ball bearing construction (rather than a bushing like so many)
· hub length 46mm
Much quieter that the casters that were on the aircraft, the original axel bolts fit without modification, the large diameter seems to roll well over irregular surfaces and they are inexpensive enough to replace without significant cost.
