Great photos, great paint scheme. Are those the Aeronca orange and yellow colours? It worked for 16,000 of them, so it will be good for you.

PS, we put a matching red tailwheel and outrigger wheels on our red British one too, it seems appropriate for the wheels to match the paint scheme.

we used Randolph butyrate dope,
my dad let me shoot the blue stripe on the fuselage, and the blue on the wing, he did the rest.
but were all happy it looks good.
ill post a pic of the checker board rudder when its all together.

Sorry for the late reply. One tip from me(not at all an expert)When you dope the fabric on make sure you rub side to side, and not an a rainbow shaped movement. if you do a ranbow shaped rub, you will most likly see your finger prints through the fabric when you are done, like me and my freind Evan learned. Then you have to spend a day sanding.Not fun.
