Hi Rob,
With only 18 RF4Ds in the US. They don't come up for sale very often. Last year 4 did trade hands. Pricing mid to high 20's. Restored condition low to mid 30's.

It's not difficult, but it is expensive. With the US $ now on a par with the Peso and with a 40' shipping container costing about $4,000 door to door, you will end up with a lot of money in it.
