Its pretty close so maybe I can come & check it out.
It would be fun to see an RF4D performing aerobatics in person.....an some inspiration for my own adventures in aerobatics.
Maybe even fly in with the '4' if I can figure a way through all that airspace between us
and get my Bi annual out of the way by then.

Hey Sam,
How did the show go?
Got any footage?
I was doing my Bi Annual on the weekend and unfortunately could not make it out to watch.
Hopefully it was cooler out there as out here my shoes where sticking to the pavement as the asphalt was getting soft out here due to the intense heat.
Fortunately I started my flight eval at 9am and cruised up to 6,000 MSL where is was a comfortable temperature and by 10am we were in the airconditioning doing the oral part.
I found my cross country experience in the motor gliders had left the CFIG not knowing what questions he could stump me on as I had done most everything a glider AND power pilot should know...an advantage for us Motor Glider types.

Great video,
Sam and congratulations, I wouldn´t call the sequence an easy one- you rarely see someone nailing an 8-point roll and your waving run starting below airportlevel á la "Warbirds over Wanaka" airshow on New Zeeland- all great stuff.

Hiya Sam,
I don't know how it happened, but I've only just seen this.
Great aeros footage and brilliant photos!
Nice flying. You make me very envious, with a lifetime of this stuff ahead of you.
Yours, Bob
