--- Fuel filter gasket (https://sbeaver.com/cgi-bin/fournier/cutecast.pl?forum=22&thread=568&page=)

Does anyone have a part number & source for the flat rubber gasket on the bottom of the fuel filter? (I am putting on my last spare from E.I.S. -- the last ones shrank enough over time to allow leaks.)

I don't know if the filter is the same across RF models. The black rubber gasket on my filter is about 1.5" OD (39mm), 1" ID (28mm) and about .084" (2.6mm) thick.

Thanks.

The filter used on Fourniers is a Le Bozec, the same filter used on lots of french built airplanes. some links:

Now the filter is out of production since a lot of time, so it's quite hard to find something. Two are the solutions: to do yourself the gasket from a rubber sheet or prepare a die and do a batch of them. The rubber is not a big problem, you should ask fuel resistant rubber.
Maybe something can be found on the industrial market. I'll do a little research then let you all know.

I have in stock the gaskets. I ordered a batch made of rubber compatible with both mogas and avgas (I tested the rubber fully immersed into the two kind of fuel for 3 months)

Eugenio,
I think you make us all feel very secure in the belief that you will find a fix for any Fournieristic problem that might arise. Thanks!

May the 4's be with you/ Jörgen

I've just dissembled the Bozec gascolator. The rubber gasket is 38mm OD, 25mm ID & 1.5mm thick. I note that the thickness of James is 2.6mm.
I think I can find a gasket maker in Australia. Also, the drain valve has an O ring which fitted appears to be 12.5mm OD, 10mm ID.
Can someone confirm the gasket thickness & the O ring dimension please. Thanks, Bill
