I’m not quite sure it was a good idea to organize two fly-ins on the same day in a 20 NM distance, but at least the choice of the date, last saturday, was good: the weather was perfect - but awful the day after!
It allowed me to have breakfast in Auch (LFDH) with the RSA Sud-Ouest, equivalent of an EAA chapter for South-West of France, and lunch in Condom (true name, not a joke: LFID) with Spot’Air, association of spotters celebrating its 20th anniversary.
It allowed talented photographers (and even a local TV) to have a lot of fun.
Enjoy,
Gilles
The car is is a 1954 Panhard Dyna. Note that the chokes intended for the aircraft on the sloping apron were used to secure the car, and my left wing ;)
Not exactly an EAA pancake breakfast :)
