Peter Funk has not been resting on his laurels in Speyer. Among other projects, two FK-131B Jungmann are nearing completion. B&F's earlier aircraft were configured as 'A' models. The 'B' version has been engineered for a larger engine, just like the original.
The FK133 Jungmeister project is also very active, and will feature a radial engine with a carbon fiber cowling seen underway here.
Although composite, the cowling will feature every tiny detail of the original. Rivet heads, seams, hinges, and brackets.
