The "Classic Hangars" at KSEE are located on the North East side of the airport next to the Gillespie Annex of the San Diego Air and Space Museum. The address is: 305 Kenney St, El Cajon, CA 92020. If you don't know the gate code, sound your car horn and someone will walk over and let you in.
