My experience with Bucker Prado in Albacete was mixed. Jesus Ballester was often the first to respond when I needed help, other times he missed deadlines and over-promised in one way or another, but the parts I bought usually arrived eventually, and were of reasonable quality. Others had a much worse experience. Ask Giles Tatry.

Now Bucker Prado is in the hands of other Ballester family members and the frequency with which I hear of problems, and the severity of those problems have both increased substantially.

Today I have heard of a wire transfer of $1,000 which has "gone astray". There are two sides (at least) to every story, so make sure you proceed with due diligence and make an informed decision.

**Update**
The money transfer issue was resolved and the goods arrived in good condition/quality. An encouraging sign.
