Here are some pictures of the bolt production we have started for Bückers… as the old stock is over now and the only remaining pieces are not in the best condition we decided to make all new bolts.
All the process is following the aeronautical standards, 4140 steel alloy, centerless ground, heat treat, roller threads, cad plating etc…
We want to make all Bücker bolts models but this will take time..
As soon first models are ready we will advice.
