Peter Funk and the crew at B & F Aircraft in Speyer, Germany continue to make progress on the new B&F 133 Jungmeister. The airframe and engine have been ready for some time and were displayed at Aero Friedrishafen last year. The airframe is now undergoing stress testing at the production facility.

As with the B&F 131 Jungmann replica, the Jungmeister is very faithful to the original design but with a few modern touches Anders Anderson would surely have approved of: Carbon fiber wing root fairings and seat, lighter wheels and brakes, a new air/oil landing gear strut etc. Anyone who saw the naked Jungmann at Degerfeld will confirm that the workmanship is impeccable.

The B&F 133 will be powered by a seven cylinder Verner Motor radial of 158 HP http://www.vernermotor.com/7H.html
