The 24th National Bucker Fly-In will be held on June 20, 21 and 22, 2008 at Santa Paula Airport in Southern California.  The planned activities include a fly out lunch to a neat airport, probably Santa Ynez Airport in Santa Barbara County’s wine country.  The flight (or drive) up the coast is special with beautiful beaches, surfers, dolphins, and whales near the magnificent Ventura and Santa Barbara county shoreline.

Because of the move of Joe Krybus’ shop to one of Steve Craig’s hangars, the site of the fly-in is changed to the west end of Santa Paula airport.  This should be much better for the fly-in due to the huge ramp space with no perceived congestion problems.  Some auto parking is available in an adjoining lot and on the south end of the hangar complex.  The physical address is Hangar D, 340 Santa Maria Street, Santa Paula.

All Bucker aficionados are invited to this, the largest gathering of Bucker aircraft in the United States.  As a bonus, you can obtain most anything that you want or need regarding Buckers from the Bucker man himself, Joe Krybus.

See you there.
