Have you considered the age of your original fuel tank flop tube?  Many are age hardened and don't really "flop" anymore.  New flop tubes from Aircraft Spruce don't fit the metric fuel tank fitting.  I have new, beautifully machined aluminum fittings that fit the original tank opening, (38mm), and new flop tube fittings.  See the Gallery; Users; John LaBarre, for photos of these fittings.

Seat Belt Webbing
Looking for assistance with sourcing seat belt webbing to match the original.

My look around so far and having talked to manufactures suggests there is none, however, the one thing I have found is that the members of this site always produce the unexpected. The quest is ....  the original material or a modern equivlent that matches colour and if possible the weave.

I have the means to make the belts once I have the material.

Our project has reached that stage when we need some parts to progress it a bit further. We now need an original rev counter instrument, need only one serviceable unit as our other unit is ok. Need not be certified but must work.

Also in need of a pitot tube.

I been trying to find trailing edge material and/or a supplier of the material for the ailerons for the Bucker Jungmann.  Aircraft
Spruce has the material but it's too big. I need the small stuff. Does anyone know of a source?

I have looked though all of my boxes of parts collected over the years, but still I am missing two of the eight aileron wire clevis pins required.

        

There are only three countries on the entire planet that have yet to adopt the metric system (Libya and Myanmar are the others) and almost all of the vehicles manufactured here now use metric fasteners, but it is still not possible to order a 4mm clevis pin

If anyone has two 4mm dia, ~12mm long pins they could spare, or could direct me to a source I would be most grateful.

Bücker CASA 1 131 E  F-AZPB was built in 1995, has been carefully maintained and flown regularly.



French collectible CofA valid till 08/2012.
Airframe 360 hours since new. Ground power connector.

Engine ENMA Tigre G IV B2, 20 SMOH by Moto Bende (EASA Form 1 available), magnesium engine housing. Slick magnetos, CAT carburettor, starter motor overhauled.



Aerobatic and climb propeller (cruise 165 km/h, 100 mph) maintained and overhauled by Helivalex.
New shoulder harnesses.
 
Sold with comprehensive Spanish and French documentation. It also has an exhaustive address book with all useful contacts for the maintenance of this wonderful airplane.
